Please submit a request to our support and provide the following information.
- Your Player ID (you can find this in "Settings"). If you access the Support feature directly from the game, your Player ID is sent to us automatically.
- Your missing items and quantity
- Screenshot of the receipt or order ID of the transaction (from Google Play or Apple App Store: How to find my receipts)
